"Over 40 million players have now enjoyed Palworld in the 2.5 years that have passed since the start of Early Access," the studio stated.

Existing save files remain compatible, but Pocketpair strongly encourages starting fresh to experience revamped systems fully.

Massive Patch Notes and Community Reaction
The update includes 27 pages of patch notes totaling over 10,000 words, which initially exceeded Steam's 32,000-character limit.
Buckley resolved the issue without cutting content.
"Fixed it without making any compromise," he said, adding, "See you tomorrow gamers."
Fans reacted humorously on forums. One Reddit user joked about the dense text: "What is this?

Players noted the notes generate hype: "What a way to generate hype for an update."
