Toyota has introduced a special edition of the Corolla Sport in Japan to mark the nameplate's 60th anniversary.
The model, called the Corolla Sport G Z Active Elegance, adds exclusive styling touches inside and out.

Distinctive Exterior and Interior Upgrades
The highlight is an optional Black and Mustard two-tone paint job that helps the hatchback stand out.
Other color choices include Black, Platinum White Pearl Mica, and Neutral Black.
The special edition features 60th Anniversary emblems on the front fenders and new 18-inch alloy wheels with a machined finish.
Inside, genuine leather and Brannove suede-like upholstery in Chateau and Black with Smoke Silver accents adorn the cabin.

The 60th anniversary logo appears on the dashboard, and aluminum pedals and sport seats complete the package.
Beyond the anniversary model, the flagship G Z trim now comes standard with the same 18-inch wheels.
The color palette also includes Dark Blue Mica and a two-tone Platinum White Pearl Mica and Emotional Red III with a black roof.
No Mechanical Changes
Under the skin, the Corolla Sport retains the hybrid 1.8-liter engine producing a combined 138 hp (103 kW / 140 PS), paired exclusively with a CVT gearbox driving the front wheels.

The 2026 Toyota Corolla Sport G Z Active Elegance is available to order in Japan at a starting price of ¥3,438,000 ($21,200), which is ¥218,000 ($1,300) more than the regular G Z trim.
