GMC has introduced the 2027 Hummer EV, featuring a native North American Charging Standard (NACS) port and a special Icon 25 Edition.
The NACS port allows direct access to Tesla Superchargers without an adapter. GMC confirmed the change does not affect vehicle-to-home bidirectional charging capability.

Icon 25 Edition Celebrates H2 Legacy
The Icon 25 Edition marks the 25th anniversary of the Hummer H2. It is finished in a bright yellow Icon paint job inspired by the H2's eye-catching hue.
Black accents appear on the wheels, cladding, mirrors, and roof. The model also features black recovery points and skid plates.
Inside, the cabin is Jet Black with unique infotainment graphics. A serialized badge on the dashboard notes the vehicle is one of 250 units.
Buyers will receive an exclusive keepsake, though GMC has not disclosed what it is. The package is available on 2X and 3X versions of the truck and SUV.

Pricing has not been announced. For reference, 2026 models start at $97,825 plus a $2,695 destination fee.
Other 2027 Updates
Additional changes include four new exterior colors: Azurite Blue, Dark Ember, Dark Ridge, and Deep Void Matte. Two new 22-inch wheel designs are also available.
The 2027 Hummer EV retains its familiar powertrains, offering up to 1,160 hp (865 kW) and a 0-60 mph time of 2.8 seconds.

Production is expected to begin later this year.
