Thomas Tuchel has confirmed he will remain as England manager for Euro 2028, despite the team's 2-1 semi-final loss to Argentina at the World Cup in Atlanta.
The match saw England take an early lead through Anthony Gordon, but two late goals from Argentina turned the game around.

Tuchel, who recently extended his contract with the Football Association, said he is fully committed to the project.
"Yes. One hundred per cent.
There is still enough to improve and I am more than happy to do that," he stated after the defeat.
He acknowledged that the team became passive after scoring and failed to maintain possession. "We lost control of the game after the 55th minute," Tuchel admitted.
The German coach faced criticism for switching to a back five formation, which did not produce the desired effect.

He noted that the players seemed disengaged after Gordon's goal.
FA chief executive Mark Bullingham praised the squad's effort. "It is heartbreaking to be so close...

Tuchel emphasized the need for improvement and expressed confidence in the team's potential. The FA has backed him to lead the team into the next European Championship.
