New Charges Filed by UK Prosecutors

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) announced new charges against Andrew Tate, 39, including seven additional counts of rape and three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation.

He also faces three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and 19 offenses related to extreme pornography and indecent images of a child.

Tristan Tate, 38, faces separate new charges: one count of sexual assault, two counts of rape, and three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation.

The CPS said the allegations stem from events between July 2010 and August 2017.

Malcolm McHaffie, head of the CPS’s special crime division, stated: “We have decided to prosecute Andrew and Tristan Tate for further offences including rape, arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation and offences relating to indecent images of a child.”

McHaffie noted that the new charges followed receipt of evidence from Bedfordshire Police, bringing the total number of alleged victims to seven.

Previously, the brothers faced 21 criminal charges in a separate case involving human trafficking, rape, and actual bodily harm.

Andrew Tate faces 10 charges linked to three alleged victims, while Tristan Tate faces 11 charges connected to one alleged victim.

Both have denied all wrongdoing.

A high court judge recently dismissed a legal claim by the Tates to uncover the identities of their female accusers.
