The disruption primarily impacted users across North America, with Downdetector recording a spike in outage reports shortly before 11 a.

Engineers Identify Network Path Issues
Microsoft's support channel confirmed that some users were experiencing access issues with various Microsoft 365 services.
The company stated that it was analyzing telemetry and diagnostic data to isolate the source of the problem.

Technical teams later identified specific network paths as the focus area and began planning mitigation actions.
To restore functionality, engineers rerouted connections across the most heavily impacted infrastructure.
