Andrea Marazzi, a craftsman and content creator, spent about a year hand-building the project using a donor 1993 first-generation Fiat Panda.
The goal was to create a moving car that retained the original's character, not just a static display.
Viewed from the side, the car looks like a standard Panda. The roof, doors, wheels, and many other components were reused.
The challenge was fitting everything into a package narrow enough for only a single occupant seated in the center.

The original gasoline engine was replaced with a compact electric powertrain fed by two 12-volt batteries.

Top speed is reportedly around 9 mph (15 km/h), making it suitable for leisurely demonstrations rather than high-speed driving.

Marazzi, who also built a Big Foot-style Panda monster truck, is seeking official Guinness World Record recognition as the narrowest car ever built.
