Cosmetics firm Warpaint London PLC has initiated a share repurchase program worth up to £2.5 million.

The program began on July 27, 2026, and is designed to meet obligations for employee share schemes while reducing future equity dilution.

The London Stock Exchange-listed company appointed Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited to execute the buybacks independently.

The transactions will continue until December 31, 2026, using Warpaint's cash reserves, which stood at £20.6 million as of June 30, 2026.

Separately, Icelandic investment firm SKEL fjarfestingafelag hf. reported repurchasing 1,242,021 of its own shares during week 30 of 2026.

The total transaction value amounted to 21,142,155 Icelandic krónur.

SKEL executed these trades between July 20 and July 23, 2026.

This brings its cumulative share buyback total to 7,682,925 shares, valued at 128,893,416 Icelandic krónur, representing 0.41% of the company's total share capital.

Details of SKEL's Week 30 Buybacks

Warpaint's buyback program operates under shareholder authority granted on June 16, 2026. SKEL's repurchases follow board approvals from its Annual General Meeting on March 5, 2026.
