Jan Frylinck remained unbeaten on 78 runs off 89 balls, while opener Michael van Lingen scored 51. Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton added an unbeaten 17 to seal the win.
Nepal's bowlers managed only two wickets, with captain Rohit Paudel and Nandan Yadav taking one each.
Earlier, Namibia won the toss and elected to bowl first. They dismissed Nepal for 157 in 46.5 overs.
JJ Smit led Namibia's bowling attack with six wickets in 9.5 overs. Jack Brassell and Bernard Scholtz each took two wickets.

Nepal struggled to build partnerships.
Rohit Paudel top-scored with 31 runs, Dipendra Singh Airee made 30, Gulshan Jha scored 20, Karan KC contributed 18, and Aasif Sheikh added 16.
No other batter reached double figures.

Nepal will face the Netherlands in their next match at the same venue on Thursday.
