Latitude Festival will remain at Henham Park near Southwold, Suffolk, for at least another two decades.
Organizer Melvin Benn announced on Sunday, July 26, 2026, that the event signed a new 20-year lease agreement.

The music and cultural gathering, which launched in 2006, has now secured its long-term home. The announcement came after the festival's 20th anniversary edition over the weekend.
The four-day event attracted around 135,000 total attendees. Headliners included David Byrne, Teddy Swims, and Lewis Capaldi.
Partnership Praised by Estate Owner
Hektor Rous, whose family owns the estate, praised the continued partnership. He said the festival has been an incredible and pivotal event for Henham Park.
Rous noted that hosting the festival directly assists in maintaining the historical grounds.

"Latitude has very much enabled us to continue the restoration and care of Henham Park which is not only my life's work, but the work of generations before and after," he said.
Funding from the festival helped restore several endangered structures on the property. It also supported forestry and landscape recovery efforts.
"It has supported the restoration of several at risk buildings and aided us in the catching up on many years of forestry and landscape recovery and maintenance works critical to maintaining an estate like this," Rous added.
The festival originally debuted as a modest gathering with a daily peak attendance of 4,500 people.

It has since expanded to feature comedy, poetry, theater, and science alongside musical lineups.
