According to WBAY weather updates, heat and humidity will cause peak heat index values to reach 100 degrees from the Fox Cities to the southwest.
High temperatures are forecast to hit 86 degrees before a cold front brings cooler, less humid air overnight.
FOX 17 forecasts indicate that nighttime temperatures will settle in the upper 60s as storms taper off.
High temperatures throughout the remainder of the week are expected to settle comfortably in the low to mid-80s across affected areas.
