Shares had previously closed at $220.97 on July 23 before dropping 9 percent to $200.60 the following morning.
Despite recent short-term weakness that pushed the stock more than 20 percent lower over the past month, Nebius remains up over 120 percent year-to-date in 2026.
The company reached a 52-week high of $299.86 in June, supported by strong financial performance and growing demand for artificial intelligence compute power.

Fundamentally, Nebius generated $399 million in revenue during the first quarter of 2026, representing a 279.6 percent year-over-year increase.
For the full year 2026, management guided revenue between $3 billion and $3.4 billion, supported by a $20 billion to $25 billion capital expenditure plan and 4 gigawatts of contracted power capacity.
To support its infrastructure expansion, Nebius recently secured a $775 million senior debt facility led by MUFG, which is backed by deployed GPU infrastructure.
The company also implemented an asset-light partnership model designed to scale AI capacity rapidly alongside strategic partners.
