The agreement marks Peacock's largest wholesale distribution deal to date.

Seamless Access to Live Sports and Entertainment

Under the new arrangement, all Peacock content will be ingested directly into the YouTube experience.

Subscribers will gain seamless access to NBCUniversal's live sports lineup—including the NFL, NBA, MLB, and Premier League—alongside hit series like "Saturday Night Live" and blockbuster Universal films without paying an extra fee.

The partnership integrates Peacock into YouTube Premium's existing base plan, which currently costs $15.99 per month. Peacock Premium sells separately for $10.99 per month.

YouTube Premium currently counts over 125 million global subscribers, dwarfing Peacock's U. S.

subscriber base of 48 million.

Executive negotiations began nine months prior following a meeting between Comcast Chairman Brian Roberts and YouTube Chief Executive Officer Neal Mohan.

Subscribers gain access to an expanded content lineup through a single platform membership.

Industry Leaders Comment on the Deal

"This partnership brings NBCUniversal’s world-class content and iconic franchises to YouTube’s unmatched scale and global platforms," said Mike Cavanagh, Co-CEO of Comcast Corporation.
