Four juveniles have been arrested following an armed robbery that occurred during a scheduled online clothing exchange near a movie theater in Bellingham, Washington.
The incident took place on Monday, July 27, 2026, around 8 p. m.
at the Regal Cinema complex.
According to authorities, three male suspects, aged 13 to 16, grabbed the merchandise from the sellers and fled on foot.
When the victims pursued them, one of the boys threatened to stab a seller with a knife.
A fourth juvenile acted as a lookout, claiming gang affiliation and implying he had a firearm.
Police Response and Arrests
Law enforcement officers established a perimeter and located the four suspects along a nearby trail network using K-9 units and a drone.
Police recovered the stolen clothing, but the knife was not found.
The four youths were taken into custody and booked into the Whatcom County Juvenile Detention Center.
They face charges including robbery, theft, and felony harassment.
