Ticketmaster has officially started selling tickets for events at several major Wichita venues, including INTRUST Bank Arena, The Orpheum Theatre, and Century II Performing Arts and Convention Center, as of July 1.

The transition comes as part of a business decision by Legends Global, the management company overseeing these venues along with Capitol Federal Amphitheater.

Events that went on sale after July 1 are now available through Ticketmaster.

Shows that were already on sale before that date will continue using Select-a-Seat until those events conclude.

Once all previously listed shows finish, Ticketmaster will fully replace Select-a-Seat, which had managed ticket sales for many Wichita events for over 30 years.

Management Cites Improvements

AJ Boleski, IBA Regional General Manager, said the decision followed extensive due diligence across all major ticketing providers.

"This business decision was reached by our management company, Legends Global, after extensive due diligence across all major ticketing providers and offers several key improvements to our customers and our venues," Boleski said.

Tickets for new shows can be purchased at the INTRUST Bank Arena Box Office or online through Ticketmaster.

For Capitol Federal Amphitheater, future shows will also be sold via Ticketmaster at various box offices and online.

However, all 2026 shows at the outdoor venue were listed before July 1 and will continue with Select-a-Seat.
