Adam Ramsay-Peaty earned two bronze medals in the 50m and 100m breaststroke at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland.
The 31-year-old swimmer, who dominated the 100m breaststroke for eight years, admitted to feeling lost after his performances.

"Nothing makes sense this week," he told BBC Sport.
Despite the setbacks, Ramsay-Peaty is preparing for the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028 but acknowledges he needs to adjust his training.
"I am working way too hard. I need to look at that," he said.
Former freestyler Karen Pickering suggested Ramsay-Peaty might be overtraining and that more rest could help.
Scottish breaststroker Ross Murdoch, a longtime rival and training partner, doubted Ramsay-Peaty would easily reduce his intensity.
"I know Adam and he will find it hard to take his foot off the gas," Murdoch said.
Murdoch also noted that Ramsay-Peaty's priorities have shifted, including his young family.
Ramsay-Peaty's challenges include mental health struggles, a break from the sport in 2023, and coaching changes after Mel Marshall's departure.

His 100m breaststroke time of 58.97 seconds at the British Championships earlier this year would have won Commonwealth gold, showing his pace remains competitive.
His personal life has been in the spotlight due to his recent marriage to Holly Ramsay, daughter of Gordon Ramsay, and a family dispute that led to his parents missing the wedding.
