Self-charging hybrid vehicles (HEVs) are driven 10.3% more than traditional gasoline cars, averaging about 23,650 km per year.
Battery electric vehicles (BEVs) average 19,119 km annually, while plug-in hybrids (PHEVs) log around 18,765 km.
The Toyota Sienna Hybrid, a large MPV, recorded nearly 28,000 km per year, the highest among all hybrid models studied.
