Leicester City has reached an agreement with Brighton & Hove Albion to sign winger Tommy Watson on loan.
The 20-year-old is undergoing a medical ahead of the move to the King Power Stadium.

The deal is a significant coup for newly appointed manager Russell Martin, as the League One club fended off interest from as many as six Championship teams, including Hull City and Preston North End.
Watson joined Brighton from Sunderland last summer for £10 million, signing a four-year contract through 2029.
However, his debut season proved challenging, with just ten appearances for the Seagulls, contributing one goal and three assists.

He also had a brief loan spell at Millwall, where he played 12 matches and logged 241 minutes.
The incoming winger becomes Leicester's fourth addition of the transfer window, following Conor Chaplin, Alex McCarthy, and Manchester City loan defender Christian McFarlane.
The squad overhaul comes after the departures of key players such as Abdul Fatawu, Bilal El Khannouss, and Harry Winks.

Leicester is preparing for its season opener against Notts County on August 15.
