Data from Farside Investors shows U. S.

spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $999 million in net inflows between July 14 and July 22.

This was followed by four consecutive days of outflows totaling $526 million through July 28.

Net outflows between May 29 and July 28 reached approximately $4.46 billion. However, cumulative ETF inflows since launch stood near $51.4 billion as of July 29.

Market participation has diversified into alternative institutional wrappers.

Galaxy Research noted that crypto-backed lending reached $67 billion in the first quarter of 2026, marking a nearly 50 percent year-over-year increase.

Among these instruments, BlackRock's IBIT accumulated $60.3 billion in net inflows by July 28.

Its iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA) held $59.9 million in net assets.

Asset-backed lender Ledn issued a $188 million Bitcoin-backed security. This security received an investment-grade rating from credit agencies.

Diversification across crypto credit structures alters how institutional capital interacts with underlying Bitcoin prices. This goes beyond daily spot ETF flows.

Adam Reeds, chief executive officer of Bitcoin lender Ledn, stated that institutional adoption now spans multiple capital vehicles.

This includes vehicles beyond standard exchange-traded products.

Credit positions carry specific liquidation thresholds based on loan-to-value ratios.

A loan originated at a 50 percent loan-to-value ratio with an 80 percent liquidation threshold faces forced liquidation if the underlying Bitcoin price drops by 37.5 percent.
