National Highways issued a statement about the ongoing traffic management and lane restrictions.

"Severe rush-hour delays on M25: All lanes stopped and severe delays due to emergency road surface repairs and earlier crash on M25 anticlockwise from J6 A22 (Godstone) to (Clacket Lane Services).
Congestion to J7 (M23). Lanes one and two (of four) remain closed for clear up and repair works," the statement said.
Surrey Police attended following reports of the collision and assisted with managing traffic.
Two lanes remained closed as recovery and repair operations continued.
