Placing food orders fills an on-screen gauge that unlocks the GR Sushiro Cup, a virtual mini-game set at Fuji Speedway.

Sushiro's flagship store in Tokyo has also received a motorsport makeover with circuit-themed table mats and racing decor.

To anchor the promotion, which runs through August 2026, diners who spend ¥2,000 (about $13) or more can enter a draw for an exclusive event at the actual Fuji Speedway on October 12.

Fifteen winning parent-child pairs will get to drive real GR production cars on the circuit, race karts, and make sushi alongside professional chefs.
