The all-electric Genesis GV90 is nearing its launch, and new technical details have emerged from South Korea's Ministry of Environment filings.
The documents show the GV90 will be equipped with a 123.52 kWh gross battery pack, with a usable capacity of 115 kWh.

This is larger than the biggest packs offered in the related Kia EV9 and Hyundai Ioniq 9.
The Kia EV9's largest battery is 99.8 kWh gross (96 kWh usable), while the Hyundai Ioniq 9 offers up to 110.3 kWh gross (about 106 kWh usable).
Power and Range
The GV90 will feature a front-mounted electric motor producing 322 hp and a rear unit with 335 hp, combining for a total of 657 hp.
Given its hefty weight of 6,680 lbs (3,030 kg), the power is necessary.
The certification paperwork lists a combined driving range of 481 km (299 miles) under Korea's testing cycle.

City range is rated at 503 km (312 miles), while highway range is 453 km (281 miles).
In Europe, the range is expected to be around 580 km (360 miles) due to the more lenient WLTP cycle, and in the US, it should be close to 300 miles.
It remains unclear if the GV90 will offer other battery or motor options, or if this powerful version will be the sole configuration.
Both six- and seven-seat versions are mentioned in the data.
