The Detroit Pistons have agreed to re-sign free agent swingman Javonte Green to a one-year, $3.95 million contract, according to ESPN.

The deal was finalized on Friday, July 3, 2026.

Green, 32, was a model of durability for Detroit last season. He was the only player on the roster to appear in all 82 regular-season games.

He averaged 6.9 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.2 steals in 17.6 minutes per contest.

Green also shot a career-best 38.1% from three-point range.

His contributions off the bench helped the Pistons achieve a 60-22 record, the third-best regular-season mark in franchise history.

Detroit also made its deepest playoff run in 18 years.

The re-signing is part of a busy offseason led by third-year president of basketball operations Trajan Langdon.

He is building around the core trio of Cade Cunningham, Jalen Duren, and Ausar Thompson.

Detroit has also reached agreements with Kevin Huerter, Isaiah Joe, and John Collins this summer. The team drafted Stanford guard Ebuka Okorie with the 17th overall pick.
