Arsenal is finalizing a £33.8 million deal for Club Brugge winger Christos Tzolis and plans to approach Aston Villa for Morgan Rogers as the summer transfer window accelerates ahead of pre-season training.

Standard Sport reported that Tzolis will travel to London over the weekend for a medical examination to complete his move.

Following this agreement, Arsenal intends to test Aston Villa's resolve with an initial bid for Rogers, whom the club views as a versatile number 10 capable of playing on the flanks.

Manchester United's Midfield and Defensive Targets

Manchester United is preparing an official offer for midfielder Manu Kone after establishing contact with his representatives.

According to the Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport, Manchester United received encouragement during initial discussions, setting up a potential transfer competition with Chelsea, which is also expected to submit an imminent bid.

Manchester United is additionally considering a move for Nottingham Forest defender Neco Williams to reinforce both fullback positions, as reported by Football Insider.

Concurrently, former Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah is expected to sign a one-year contract with Turkish club Besiktas as a free agent.

In North London, Tottenham Hotspur is actively trying to sell players to finance a squad overhaul under manager Roberto De Zerbi after spending over £200 million on six new players.

Sources told Standard Sport that the club wants to improve its selling efficiency following the £50 million departure of Luka Vuskovic to Brighton.

Crystal Palace has raised its valuation for Chelsea target Maxence Lacroix to at least £55 million, according to The Times.

In other club news, Chelsea is negotiating a contract extension for 18-year-old striker Shim Mheuka before arranging a loan move for the upcoming season.

Arsenal has also secured a development signing by adding 18-year-old goalkeeper Isabella Damm to its women's squad.

"I'm so proud to be joining Arsenal and I can't wait to get started," said Damm.

The young goalkeeper previously experienced the training facilities at the club before finalizing her multi-year development decision.

"Arsenal is a great club and I'm excited to develop as a player and as a person here, and help the club achieve more success," said Damm.

Damm will join the first-team training environment immediately as the club prepares for its upcoming competitive schedule.
