Former Head of Household Rick Devens secured the Diamond Power of Veto during week three through a fan vote.
This power allows him to remove a nominee and select a replacement without input from current HoH Kamuela "Kamu" Kirk.
According to official details from Global TV, the BB Time Capsule includes six strategic advantages and five character-based punishments designed to disrupt weekly gameplay.
Reward Powers
The Replay power lets an outgoing Head of Household compete and serve in consecutive weeks, breaking standard rules.
The Mystery Competitor brings in an additional player to assist a designated houseguest during a competition.
The Never-Not Pass grants permanent immunity from Have-Not restrictions for the entire season.
The BB Bribe allows a houseguest to incentivize another player to help them.
The Diamond Power of Veto removes one nominee from the block, with the veto holder selecting the replacement.
The Head of Household has no say in the replacement.
The Coin of Destiny lets a player secretly dethrone the reigning HoH and anonymously reset nominations if they win a coin toss.
The new HoH can keep or change nominations and remains anonymous to the rest of the house.
Costume Punishments
Five mandatory costume punishments force houseguests to stay in character throughout their duration.
The Lord of the Latrine punishment requires wearing a medieval costume, blowing a bugle when someone uses the bathroom, and announcing their arrival with a scripted line.
The Hamazon task involves wearing a delivery uniform, retrieving packages when an alert sounds, and delivering them with an over-the-top introduction.
The Camp Guide punishment requires a camp counselor uniform, blowing a whistle for camp activities, and leading mandatory games, songs, crafts, or exercises.
The Adam and Eve punishment involves flesh-colored bodysuits with oversized fig leaves, with the pair tethered together or required to spend much of their time together.
The Red Unitard penalty requires wearing a bright red unitard at all times and completing any additional tasks assigned by Big Brother.
