Charles Oliveira will put his BMF title on the line against Diego Lopes in the main event of UFC 335.
The bout is scheduled for Dec. 12 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The matchup was announced during the UFC 332 broadcast on Saturday. The event will stream live in the United States on Paramount+.
Oliveira enters the headliner with a 37-11 record.
The 36-year-old captured the BMF belt in March at UFC 326, earning a unanimous decision over Max Holloway.
He holds the UFC record for most finishes, submissions, and fight bonuses.
Oliveira was originally set to face Arman Tsarukyan at UFC 331 in September, but withdrew after the death of his teammate Allan Nascimento.
Lopes, 31, brings a 28-8 career record into the fight. He moves up to lightweight for his 155-pound division debut.
The contender's move follows two featherweight championship losses to Alexander Volkanovski. He most recently rebounded with a second-round TKO over Steve Garcia at UFC Freedom 250 in June.
UFC 335 lineup takes shape
The current card also features a heavyweight pairing between Sergei Pavlovich and Alex Pereira. A middleweight clash between Bo Nickal and Joe Pyfer is also scheduled.
A flyweight contest pitting Charles Johnson against Brandon Moreno rounds out the announced lineup.
