The California club is on a six-game unbeaten run, capped by a 1-0 away win over the Washington Spirit via an 88th-minute goal from midfielder Maiara Niehues.

History favors Gotham, which holds a 7-1-2 record in 10 meetings against Angel City.
The teams played to a scoreless draw on August 23 at BMO Stadium.
Two wins in their final four matches would likely secure the NWSL Shield for Gotham, which sits six points ahead of its closest competitors.
In their previous fixture, midfielder Jaedyn Shaw scored twice to become the youngest player in NWSL history to reach 25 regular season goals at 21 years and 309 days old.

After Sunday's home match, Gotham will pause for the FIFA international window before traveling to face the Washington Spirit on October 17 at Audi Field.
