The second annual Oscar Mayer Wienie 500 promotional race is set to return to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The event will take place at 2 p. m.

Six hot dog-themed vehicles will compete on a specially designed course.
Actor and comedian Andy Richter will attend as the official "Commander in Beef," leading pre-race events and the traditional anthem.
This role mirrors the traditional Grand Marshal position of the Indianapolis 500.
"We all remember where we were when the inaugural Wienie 500 kicked off last year, capturing the hearts of racing fans and hot dog lovers alike," said Richter.
The inaugural event in 2025 drew 85,000 live spectators at the grandstands.

It also garnered 8 million streaming views across the Fox Sports application and its associated social media platforms, according to track officials.
Competing Vehicles and Drivers
The six participating Wienermobiles will feature updated color schemes, decals, and designs for the 2026 competition.
The field includes regional representatives: New York Dog, Chili Dog, Chi Dog, Seattle Dog, and defending champion Slaw Dog.
Corn Dog joins the lineup as the sixth contender after winning a fan-voted bracket over Sonoran Dog.
Current IndyCar Series drivers, including Nolan Siegel, Sting Ray Robb, and Scott McLaughlin, will coach the teams as they compete for the Borg-Wiener Trophy.
The final podium celebration at the "Wieners Circle" will feature a traditional mustard spray for the winner.

Fox Sports will broadcast the live coverage on FOX and FOX One, with play-by-play announcer Will Buxton alongside analysts Townsend Bell and James Hinchcliffe.
