He achieved the feat during the 67th match of IPL 2026 against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Patidar reached the milestone in just 933 balls, breaking the previous record held by Shivam Dube, who needed 992 balls.
Despite his individual achievement, RCB suffered a 55-run defeat against SRH.
Patidar scored 56 runs from 39 deliveries, including six boundaries and one six.
That solitary maximum was enough to etch his name in the tournament record books.
Fastest to 100 IPL Sixes
Andre Russell holds the overall record for the fewest balls to reach 100 sixes, needing only 657 deliveries.

Nicholas Pooran is second with 884 balls, followed by Patidar at 933.
