Import Chris McCullough led TNT with 42 points and 11 rebounds.

He joined the team as a replacement for the injured Bol Manute Bol, who suffered an Achilles tear in Game 2.

McCullough made his debut in Game 4 with 24 points after only two practice sessions.

In Game 5, he found his rhythm, especially in the second half when TNT scored 62 points to overcome Meralco's defense.

"Once I get going, it will be scary," McCullough said. He emphasized the need to stay aggressive in the next game.

Head coach Chot Reyes acknowledged the adjustment period after losing Bol. He noted that McCullough was recommended by resident import Rondae Hollis-Jefferson.

"We finally got into a nice groove with Bol, figuring out how to play with him and then suddenly we lost him," Reyes said.

Despite the loss in Game 4, Reyes saw positive signs and believed better ball control could have secured a win.

Local players also contributed significantly. Jordan Heading scored 22 points, while Roger Pogoy and Calvin Oftana combined for 28 points.
