Oklahoma City Thunder center Chet Holmgren has opened up about his recent playoff struggles during the series against the San Antonio Spurs.
The All-NBA big man faced a tough seven-game stretch, with public scrutiny intensifying after he attempted only two shots in Game 7.

Despite the on-court difficulties, the Thunder organization remains confident in Holmgren's long-term development. Back-to-back MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander expressed unwavering support for his teammate.
"I haven't talked to Chet about that. I won't.
I don't feel like I need to," Gilgeous-Alexander said.
"I know how much Chet loves this game and how he wants to be the best version of himself out there.
Sometimes, it just doesn't go that way."

Holmgren earned All-NBA honors during the regular season, averaging 17.1 points per game while providing a strong defensive presence with his shot-blocking ability.
However, maintaining that impact proved difficult against Victor Wembanyama, who presented a unique challenge on both ends of the floor.
Gilgeous-Alexander prefers a hands-off approach, trusting Holmgren's internal drive to improve. "He's going to be a better player because of his make-up, his talent.
I don't need to umbrella Chet. He'll figure it out," the Thunder star added.
The upcoming offseason is critical for Holmgren, as his $250 million contract is set to take effect during the 2026-27 season.
