The incident occurred in Paramus, New Jersey, when law enforcement pulled over Nabers after receiving a report of a road rage incident involving a vehicle that closely resembled his Tesla.

The initial complaint alleged that an individual in a similar vehicle brandished a firearm, prompting police to act quickly.

Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reported that Nabers was not placed under arrest and was allowed to leave shortly after the conversation.
