Fan Christian Saccomano sold his Game 3 tickets for $15,000 due to high costs and security surrounding Donald Trump's appearance, using the proceeds to fly friends from Los Angeles to New York for Game 5.

“Being able to experience these games with friends is better than going to MSG and not being with the people that I’ve watched this team alongside all year long,” Saccomano said.

Longtime fan Roy Nimron traveled from Las Vegas to join his brother Jeff for Game 4, viewing the championship run as a basketball pilgrimage.
