The New York Liberty snapped a two-game losing streak with an 87-76 victory over the shorthanded Las Vegas Aces on Tuesday night in Las Vegas.
Breanna Stewart scored 15 of her 20 points after halftime, adding six rebounds and four assists. Sabrina Ionescu posted a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds.

Jonquel Jones contributed 14 points for New York, while Leonie Fiebich added 12 points on 4-for-5 shooting from three-point range.
Center Han Xu provided a spark off the bench, scoring 10 of her 12 points in the third quarter.
Her consecutive three-pointers helped turn a seven-point halftime lead into a 67-51 advantage entering the fourth quarter.
Las Vegas cut the deficit to 78-70 with 2:40 remaining on an 8-0 run, but Ionescu and Stewart answered with back-to-back three-pointers to seal the win.
Jackie Young led the Aces with 19 points and seven assists. A'ja Wilson recorded 16 points, nine rebounds, five assists, and four steals.

Cheyenne Parker-Tyus scored 14 points off the bench, and Chelsea Gray added 11 points.
The Aces were without guard Chennedy Carter due to illness, as well as Janiah Barker and Dana Evans, both sidelined with left leg injuries.
The Liberty entered the game fully healthy.
NBA stars Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bam Adebayo watched from courtside. The Liberty improved to 12-6 and will next play the Seattle Storm on Thursday.

The Aces host the Dallas Wings on the same night before both teams meet again in New York on June 30 for the Commissioner's Cup championship game.
