Barry presented the list to Toronto general manager John Chayka as the franchise restructures its defensive lineup.
The Maple Leafs finished 28th overall with a 32-36-14 record and a minus-46 goal differential last season.
The organization recently acquired defensemen Darren Raddysh and Emil Andrae, casting further doubt on Rielly's future.
Rielly, drafted in 2012, has 549 career points but is coming off a season where he recorded 36 points in 78 games.

He registered a career-worst minus-16 or minus-18 rating while losing his role as the power-play quarterback.

Trade Interest
According to a report by Jeff Marek via The Sheet, initial trade interest has surfaced from the San Jose Sharks and Edmonton Oilers.
The Sharks ended their season at 39-35-8 under coach Ryan Warsofsky, while the Oilers finished with 93 points under general manager Stan Bowman.
