Dutch authorities are investigating two armed robberies in Almere that occurred on consecutive nights, with suspects using weapons to steal scooters and personal items.
The first incident took place on Friday, June 26, at around 2:00 AM along the Spoorbaanpad near Helen Parkhurst College in Almere Stad.

A woman riding her scooter was forced to stop when two young men blocked the bicycle path.
One suspect aimed a firearm at her, demanding she surrender her scooter and belongings before fleeing on the stolen vehicle.
The second robbery occurred the following night, Saturday, June 27, at approximately 1:00 AM near a skatepark on the Evenaar in Almere Buiten-Hout.
A group of four to five individuals on scooters approached a teenage boy and girl, threatening them with knives.

The suspects took both scooters and several personal items before escaping.
Investigation and Appeal for Witnesses
The detective department is handling both cases and actively exploring potential connections between the incidents.
Police have urged witnesses or anyone with relevant doorbell, dashcam, or security footage from the areas to come forward.
