Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese issued an unequivocal apology on July 6, 2026, following widespread backlash over comments he made about pop star Kylie Minogue during a recent podcast appearance.
During an episode of the Bush Deep podcast, Albanese participated in a "shag, marry, date" hypothetical game featuring Minogue, Nicole Kidman, and Rhonda Burchmore.
