A bystander heard her cries for help and alerted authorities.
First responders navigated a quarter-mile of rugged terrain in 104-degree heat to reach the victim, who had been trapped for days in deep muck.
Emergency crews pulled her from the steep ravine located between the Vickery Meadow and Lake Highlands neighborhoods.
Paramedics rushed the unidentified victim to a local hospital for medical treatment.
Medical personnel treated the woman for severe dehydration, prolonged sun exposure, and other injuries sustained during her entrapment.
The exact cause of how she became stuck remains unclear, officials noted.

Joint Rescue Effort Praised
The Dallas Police Department praised the heroic joint rescue operations involving officers, firefighters, and paramedics in a public statement released on Monday.
"The well-being of the Dallas community is not something that's handled by a single agency," the department stated.
Department officials released the statement to praise the extensive joint effort required to safely extract the victim from the rugged topography.
"It takes a collaborative effort from multiple teams and organizations working side-by-side to ensure every person's safety," the department added.
Officials extended sincere appreciation to all personnel involved, emphasizing that their swift response saved a life.
