European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen arrived in Kyiv on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, to strengthen military ties between Ukraine and the European Union.

Meanwhile, Kyiv reported that Ukrainian drones struck 20 Russian vessels overnight in a major Black Sea operation.
