Allen Millyard's one-off Viper V10 motorcycle, which earned a Guinness World Record and topped 207 mph, is heading to auction.

The bike will cross the block at H&H Classics' July 22 sale with an estimate of £100,000 to £150,000 ($135,000 to $202,000).

A Custom Build That Rivals Factory Machines

Millyard began the project in 2004 after acquiring a used 8.0-liter Dodge Viper V10 engine.

He spent five years engineering a motorcycle that looks remarkably close to a factory-built machine.

The finished bike produces around 500 hp and 525 lb-ft of torque.

Tubular steel and aluminum subframes bolt directly to the engine, while the single-sided swingarm attaches to the gearbox.

Up front are bespoke forks using 75 mm JCB hydraulic ram stanchions. Converted Vauxhall Carlton internals, Hagon springs, and modified Yamaha R1 shocks help tame the power.

Following completion in 2009, test rider Bruce Dunn piloted it to 207.1 mph at Bruntingthorpe. The run wasn't even at full throttle, according to the auction listing.

Millyard has logged over 9,000 miles on the bike, including trips to Guernsey, the Isle of Wight, and laps of the Isle of Man TT course.

In 2023, with TV presenter Henry Cole riding pillion, the pair achieved 183.5 mph to claim the Guinness World Record for fastest tandem motorcycle run, beating the previous mark by nearly 5 mph.

Dodge's Tomahawk concept also used a Viper V10 but never reached production. Millyard's creation offers that experience to the winning bidder.
