The all-new Range Rover GT is the most sedan-like vehicle ever offered by the British marque.
It will initially be sold as an EV, with a hybrid option arriving later.

For months, spy shots showed a low-slung prototype expected to be the next-generation Velar. However, JLR has confirmed it is an entirely new model: the Range Rover GT.
Design and Platform
The GT is based on JLR's flexible EMA platform.
It takes design cues from the upcoming Jaguar 01 and shares some visual elements with the Range Rover Sport, including sharp headlights and a low front end.
It sits lower than the Sport and features a coupe-like profile.
From the side, its basic shape is reminiscent of the Cadillac Celestiq, though it is shorter and stumpier.

Interior Innovation
The cabin is unlike any previous Range Rover.
It features a controversial steering wheel with thick horizontal spokes and touch-sensitive capacitive buttons, with the airbag unit positioned below the center line.
A slim instrument cluster display and a large central infotainment screen are suspended above a floating center console.
The GT will initially be a four-seater, with a five-seat option coming later.
Range Rover managing director Martin Limpert said, “The Range Rover GT will redefine the grand-touring segment with the ability to deliver beautiful and engaging GT poise, proportions and long-distance refinement while offering capabilities no conventional GT can match.”
