S. locations.

Under the new policy, customers who are unsatisfied with their Whopper can have the sandwich remade immediately and receive a digital coupon code for a free classic Whopper on their subsequent visit.
The free burger offer can be redeemed by scanning a QR code printed inside the Whopper box, which provides a unique six-digit code.
The fast-food chain created these changes following direct feedback collected through a customer input campaign launched earlier this year, during which President Tom Curtis shared his phone number publicly to gather calls and texts from patrons.
Alongside the guarantee, the company introduced the "Your Way Champion" position, a dedicated manager role identified by a distinct uniform.
These leaders are tasked with greeting guests, overseeing order accuracy, and resolving customer concerns on-site.
"When we asked Guests where we could do better, they gave us a lot of honest feedback, and now it's our responsibility to act on it," said Tom Curtis, President of Burger King US&C.
Curtis noted that while the company will not execute perfectly every time, the continuous operational adjustments aim to raise standards across all locations.
"We're not going to get everything right every single time, but we're committed to listening intently and improving every day," Curtis said.
