New Office for the Prime Minister and Cabinet
Under the restructuring, the government formed the Office for the Prime Minister and Cabinet (OPMC) to house No.10, No.10 North, and core Cabinet Office operations.
The OPMC will integrate a specialized AI Taskforce alongside an advisory team to steer nationwide artificial intelligence deployment and public sector modernization.

To streamline central operations, several responsibilities are leaving the Cabinet Office.
The Office for Equality and Opportunity transfers to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, while the Public Sector Fraud Authority moves to the Department for Work and Pensions with continued HM Treasury sponsorship.
Additionally, the Department for Business and Trade has been renamed the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade (DBIST).
