Real Madrid is on the verge of completing a transfer for RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande, with a proposed offer of €120 million expected on Monday, according to journalist Ben Jacobs.

The 20-year-old Ivorian forward has already agreed to a five-year contract with the Spanish club.

French transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Paris Saint-Germain has stepped away from the bidding process.

PSG expressed frustration over the negotiations and declined to engage in what it described as inflationary and manipulative tactics.

Ben Jacobs reported that RB Leipzig had not yet agreed on terms with any club until Real Madrid's offer emerged.

This follows a previous rejected bid of €90 million plus €10 million in add-ons.

New Real Madrid coach José Mourinho is focused on retaining key players such as Vinicius Jr. Despite interest from Arsenal, Mourinho reportedly insists on keeping the main stars intact.

According to The Telegraph, Mourinho has made it clear he wants to retain all prominent players this summer.

Vinicius Jr.'s representatives have also expressed a preference to stay at Real Madrid despite ongoing contract renewal challenges.

Meanwhile, Atlético Madrid confirmed it will not sell striker Julian Alvarez to any Spanish club, narrowing potential destinations to Arsenal or PSG.

Atlético reportedly requires a player exchange involving Viktor Gyokeres or the sale of Kang-In Lee to PSG to facilitate Alvarez's transfer.
