Social media star and labor nurse Jen Hamilton has publicly detailed the alleged infidelity and emotional struggles that led to her separation from husband Brian Hamilton after nearly 15 years of marriage.
In a series of video updates shared on July 26, 2026, the influencer disclosed that her husband conducted an alleged second life while she worked hospital shifts.

“While I was at the hospital, taking care of people, he found the time to have a whole other life,” Hamilton said.
She expressed deep emotional distress while attempting to provide clear context directly to her online audience regarding the marital breakdown.
“As someone who’s never even passionately kissed anyone else in my entire life, this has broken me beyond comprehension,” she added.
Hamilton explained her decision to address the private matter publicly, aiming to eliminate secrets surrounding the situation as part of her personal healing journey.
“I’m done being people’s PR manager.
My kids know, everybody in my orbit knows, so I’m just going to give you the nitty gritty details so it can give you enough information to be, like, ‘OK, I get it,’” she said.
She noted that maintaining transparency prevents further speculation and helps her manage the complex emotional toll on her family.
“If you don’t want me to talk about this stuff … maybe don’t do it, or don’t do it while you’re married to, like, a super public person who talks about their pubes on the internet,” Hamilton said.
