British Prime Minister Andy Burnham met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at an English naval base on Monday to reaffirm UK support for Ukraine.
Burnham announced the transfer of intellectual property for the "Stone Cloak" drone-jamming electronic warfare system, a key technology to counter Russian drone attacks.

The visit was the first by a foreign leader since Burnham took office a week ago.
The two leaders inspected joint maritime training operations involving over 200 Ukrainian personnel preparing for Black Sea countermine missions.
"Russia should be in no doubt of our resolve, and we will not back down until we achieve long lasting and just peace for Ukraine," Burnham said.
The meeting came amid escalating long-range aerial attacks by both nations. Ukrainian officials reported intercepting or jamming 123 of 147 Russian drones overnight.
Strikes in Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk injured civilians and damaged residential infrastructure.

Russia's Defense Ministry stated its air defenses downed 276 Ukrainian drones, with regional officials reporting casualties in Rostov-on-Don and Belgorod.
Tensions also broadened internationally after Ukrainian strikes in the Caspian Sea over the weekend targeted military cargo vessels and a warship.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on X that Ukraine struck an Iranian vessel and killed a sailor, calling it a "blatant U.
