Seattle police are searching for a second suspect after a deadly shooting Sunday evening at the Bite of Seattle food festival near the Space Needle.
The attack left three people dead and four injured, including a toddler. Authorities said the shooting occurred around 6 p.

Two victims died at the scene, and a third died at a hospital. The deceased include two men, ages 19 and 44, and a 56-year-old woman.
The four wounded are in stable condition.
Suspects Exchanged Gunfire
Assistant Seattle Police Chief Tyrone Davis said investigators believe the two suspects were exchanging gunfire.
One suspect surrendered at the scene, but the other fled and remains at large.
Police say there is no ongoing public threat.
"We're still trying to figure this out," Davis said, adding that police do not currently have a description of the second suspect.
Dozens of officers were providing security at the festival when the shooting began. Davis noted some officers witnessed one suspect firing shots.

Faith Adia Hunter, a festival attendee, recounted that she and her friends had just purchased food when gunfire broke out nearby.
"We were right next to him when it started so we took off running," she said. She and others sought refuge inside the Seattle Children's Museum.
Roberto Ramirez, a vendor at the event, described hearing what sounded like firecrackers before people began yelling "shooter" and fleeing.
"Suddenly everything was empty," he said.
Estan Wakonabo, another attendee, said he was waiting in line for a photo booth when he was pushed by a crowd fleeing the scene.
"Once I heard a 'pop, pop, pop,' that's when I knew it was a shooter," he said.
After ensuring his girlfriend's safety, he returned to photograph the victims lying on the ground.

The Bite of Seattle festival, an annual event attracting about 350,000 attendees, has been held since 1982 and features hundreds of vendors and performers.
