The cheapest Rear-Wheel Drive Model 3 now leases at $379 per month over 36 months with a 10,000-mile annual limit.

However, that figure excludes a $4,075 due-at-signing fee, which includes a $3,000 down payment, the first monthly payment, and an acquisition fee.

When factoring in the upfront cost, the effective monthly rate rises to $481—roughly 12 percent higher than earlier this year.

Just last week, the same model was offered at $329 per month with a lower $4,024 due at signing.

The Premium Rear-Wheel Drive version now costs $399 per month, plus a $4,094 fee at signing, bringing the effective rate to $501 per month.
