Baroness Louise Casey has voiced frustration over the slow pace of adult social care reforms.
She criticized the Department of Health and Social Care for failing to implement urgent measures she proposed earlier this year.

In an exclusive interview with LGC, Baroness Casey said she was "frustrated" with the government's progress.
Her initial recommendations, outlined in March, called for immediate action in three key areas.

She urged ministers to strengthen national leadership of adult safeguarding.
She also called for the appointment of a dementia tsar and a fast-track Care Act assessment passport for people with motor neurone disease (MND).
In a letter to then Health and Social Care Secretary Wes Streeting, Baroness Casey requested immediate interventions across those areas.
The government responded last month, stating it was rapidly taking forward her initial framework.

Ministers confirmed the establishment of a National Adult Safeguarding Board to oversee arrangements across local councils and partner agencies.
They also noted ongoing efforts with local authorities regarding support for MND patients and committed to funding dementia trials alongside appointing a national lead.
Prime Minister Andy Burnham is expected to outline further social care reform plans in an upcoming address.
He previously emphasized his commitment to structural changes in the care system during a BBC interview.
"Whatever political capital I have, I will put into fixing broken social care," Burnham said.

"I would not want to leave office without having brought in the substantial change, the new system of social care."
