A video of two lawyers from a prestigious Manhattan law firm kissing in Central Park has sparked a viral scandal.

The footage, posted on TikTok by user Jay Guapõ on Thursday, garnered over two million views before being removed.

It shows Nathaniel D.

Cullerton, 45, a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, and Kelsey Borenzweig, 29, an associate, sharing a kiss near Central Park West and West 63rd Street.

In the video, Guapõ confronts the couple, saying, “Get a room. There are kids around.”

Despite requests to stop filming, he continues, causing visible discomfort. Cullerton appears to try to shoo him away, while Borenzweig asks him to put the phone down.

The identities were confirmed by The Post through the firm’s website.

Both lawyers are involved in litigation and were part of the team handling the OpenAI and Sam Altman lawsuit against Elon Musk.

Personal Background

Reports indicate that Cullerton is married to Moira Penza, a lawyer at another New York firm. Borenzweig was recently in a relationship with a judicial law clerk.

Neither lawyer nor Cullerton’s spouse has commented on the video.
